TX Concept

TX is committed to creating fun and exciting fitness studios which transform to offer fitness classes to every member of the family regardless of age or ability. TX classes are scientific, technology enhanced and have a serious focus on skills and results.

Program Infomation

Tiger Cubs (18-24 months)

These 45 minute, coach guided, parent and child classes combine obstacle challenges, with free play, coach lead activities and interactive fitness games. The Tiger Cubs class is a great place for children to make new friends, develop social skills and spend quality time with parents in a fun and stimulating environment. Tiger Cub classes use a structured play approach to develop fundamental movement skills, co-ordination, balance and instilling a lifelong love for fitness.

Program Infomation

Tiny Tigers (2-3 years)

These parent and child classes help 2 to 3 year olds explore how their bodies move, as they go on an adventure through obstacle courses, ball pools, the pop up tigers den, and even our interactive projector play. The program is designed to improve balance, coordination, concentration skills, increase confidence and fundamental movements, along with promoting a love for exercises and a healthy life.

Each 45-minute class is led by TX coach, who will ensure the sessions are engaging, and active plus lots of fun.

Little Tigers (4-9 Years)

These 45 minute, coach lead classes, combine Muay Thai moves, interactive fitness technology and obstacle challenges which improve a child’s fitness and confidence. Little Tiger classes use a structured play approach and utilize technology to develop athletic ability, focus skills and ensure exercise is fun.

New Little Tigers lessons are released weekly to give students the opportunity to practice techniques and to keep lessons exciting. The Little Tigers program includes a grading system which we run quarterly assessments to ensure skills are being developed. When students complete the Muay Thai assessment we award them two certificates.One from TX for fitness and a second from the Kru Muay Thai Association of Thailand for Muay Thai proficiency. Students also get a Khan patch which attaches to their uniform to display their achievements.

Junior Tigers (10-13 Years)

These 45 minute, coach lead, classes combine Muay Thai moves with age appropriate exercises, interactive fitness technology and gym equipment which will increase fitness and confidence. The TX studio is a place where students can meet new friends and increase motivation. We use a scientific approach to build athletic ability and integrate fitness technology to ensure exercise is enjoyable.

New Junior Tigers lessons are released weekly to give students the opportunity to practice techniques and to keep lessons exciting. The Junior Tigers program includes a grading system which we run quarterly assessments to ensure skills are being developed. Functional LIIT

TX senior LIIT classes are heart rate zone based functional training classes which combine a full-body workout class, with gym equipment, personal training and fitness technology. Theses 45 minute classes combine low impact strength and cardio exercises with stretching to improve your overall fitness, stability, mobility and flexibility. TX LIIT classes are lead by inspiring coaches who are qualified in senior exercise prescription and supported by the TXTV video demonstrations.

Functional HIIT

New weekly workouts combine gym equipment with functional fitness classes and a small group training experiance to keep motivation and results high. You can choose from Body Fit HIIT and Muay Thai HIIT classes. All classes are led by qualified instructors who are supported by video demonstrations to ensure classes are safe and effective. Our in studio heart rate tracking technology monitors your workout intensity based upon the science of heart rate zone training and tracks calories burned, then emails your workout statistics.

You can also download our app which you can use outside of the studio to track steps, calories burned, body composition and sleep quality.
